Donate or Volunteer to honor John Dallas

A college scholarship fund has been established in John Dallas' name at the local community college in Napa. You may make tax deductible contributions through the North Bay Rose Society (of which John was a founder) or mail them directly to the Napa Valley College Foundation. Please indicate that your donation is to be added to the John's Rose Garden Memorial scholarship. The Napa Valley College Foundation has raised money to provide scholarships for NVC students and support programs for over thirty years. Thanks in part to its scholarships many students, who would not have been able to continue their education without additional financial support, have graduated and gone on to become active members in the community. Volunteers WantedIf you would like to volunteer your time in assisting with the endless task of weeding, pruning and watering involved in maintaining an acre-and-a-half rose garden please click onGarden Webmaster and he will email John's oldest daughter, Suzy Solomon, or you can leave a message at (707) 224-8002.  It is not necessary for you to be a rose expert or even a good gardener.  Suzy will appreciate any time that you are willing to donate to help her with the gigantic chore that she and other family members have added to their daily lives.
